We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, we enjoyed all the board games, and our girls LOVED the upstairs bedroom! We would definitely stay here again.


This place is absolutely incredible, it is SO cute. It was so clean and tidy. My husband and I and 4 other friends stayed here since we all came from out of town for a wedding and it was such a great stay. The communication was top tier and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was good for us.

The Seedling Guest House is in an excellent spot for those looking to explore Edwardsville or even St Louis. If you plan to stay in Edwardsville you can easily walk or ride a bike anywhere within Edwardsville or (if biking) Glen Carbon. Location really couldn’t be much better! The house is decorated thoughtfully and elegantly, it is clean and welcoming with an excellent design for many people to comfortably stay. We will absolutely be staying here every time we visit going forward.

Great stay in Edwardsville. This place was as advertised and super charming! Thoughtfully decorated, nicely done! Close to restaurants and Main Street. Would absolutely stay again! The hosts were very accessible (though we didn’t have much of a need bc they communicated so well)
